I got a call from one of my favourite French dealers this morning and couldn't resist a few bin-liners full of new stock. It all came from France, some lovely old textiles, some heavy vintage Sanderson linen and some gorgeous'80s Manuel Canovas cotton toile. Oh how yummy! How fun it must be to have the chance to get your hands on these and how lucky we who love old textiles are that get a chance to see them. I especially love the one in the back with the black background and birds. Beautiful!
