I love car boot sales, you never know what you may find! I run my textile business without a car, so had to ferry textiles back from the sale in 3 journeys, very exhausting, but well worth it, my favourite finds were these tremendous vintage French pure watered silks, 2 massive rolls, in such beautiful colours.The silk is really light weight, but such a wonderful watered effect, achieved by winding the silk on rollers and rolled under a heavy weight.
