Just a quick 'flavour' of the kind of antique textiles that I get really excited about - I was lucky enough to come accross some beautiful French cotton toiles this week, the pink one is a Toile de Bordeaux, and dates to around 1790, and the purple, a Toile D'Alsace, dating to about 1835 - rather nice!
